How do I place an order?
As this is a Wholesale Site, you need to login before ordering. Once logged in, simply browse our collections, add the cards you love to your basket, and follow the checkout steps. If you need any help, please get in touch.
Do you have a minimum order?
No, you can order as many cards as you like. See our Minimum Order and Shipping Policy page.
Can I order just a few cards if I’m not a shop?
Yes! We offer retail purchasing for individuals. Visit our Retail Site for more information.
Can I read reviews?
Yes! You can read our reviews on our Home page.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping via Royal Mail 24 on all trade orders. See our Minimum Order and Shipping Policy page.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 and typically arrive within 1–2 days. All orders are tracked — we’ll send you a tracking number once your order is on its way so you can follow its progress.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally for wholesale orders. We have a standard rate of £16.00 for orders within Europe and £30.00 for all other international orders, which must be paid for before shipping. Please get in touch if you need more information about international shipping.
Returns & Issues
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please get in touch as soon as possible with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we’ll put it right.
Can I return or exchange a card?
If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, please get in touch and we’ll send replacements.
